  1. Such gorgeous photos T! I don’t love beetroot but may have to give it a go as the colours are so darn pretty! (May have to chuck some meat on to keep the French man happy though ) x

    1. Thanks, Mich! Roast up some butternut squash, red onions and cauliflower instead of the beets – it’ll be delish! Some lamb chops on the side for the Frenchy would be perfect!
